- Prepaid Cards: Refunds may be issued if the prepaid card was not activated or delivered as expected. If the balance doesn’t match what was advertised, you can claim a refund or replacement.
- Software Products: Refunds will only be processed if the software was not delivered, downloaded, or activated. Refunds are not permitted once a license key has been issued or software has been accessed.

4. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed money transfers.
- Delivered and used prepaid cards. If the balance is low, we will send another one, you will only pay shipping fees.
- Downloaded, activated, or used software.
